#16: Hey you! You're going to get a lot of value from this episode. This topic literally does apply to every person. It’s about this thing we’ve been chasing to no avail - it’s called work-life balance. And what a breath of fresh air it was to speak to someone who’s life work is to help educate us that work-life balance is a myth, it’s unattainable. Instead, Dana is teaching people that we can consciously choose where we spend our time and energy, and which facets of life we choose to settle. I love that she’s taking the term “settling” and giving it a positive connotation.
It was amazing to be able to speak to Dana and get some clarity on what she means by all of this. Here’s a quick bio on her before we jump into the episode… Dana Look-Arimoto is an executive and leadership coach, mentor, inventor of Stop Settling®, and the author of Stop Settling, Settle Smart: Rethinking Work-life Balance, Redesign Your Busy Life.
I hope you enjoy this episode. If you do, please leave a rating, and share it with a friend who needs to hear this message.
